Young players keep benefits even on Felluca rules?

I want Fel rules enabled for all facets. But want young players to be able to keep their perks. Is there a way to go about doing this? (Namely npc's attacking young and players attacking young)

It is absolutely possible. You will have to take out the checks in various scripts, like recall, sacredjourney, gate, publicgate, etc.

Just have to keep editing and testing to make sure everything is taken out, and possibly have to add new checks against attacking youngs in Fel.

I've taken care of the gate thing as I use a custom moongates. The main thing I need to find is to keep npcs from attacking. Which I found a thread that may help a bit
