I don't believe this is directly an razor issue, however I'm sure someone can help me right?

System specs:
Windows ME
256MB RAM
60GB HD with 8GB used
Virtual Memory is being managed by windows

Software specs:
UO2D 4.0.0p
UOGateway 1.8
Razor version? well I downloaded 1.2 (thats what it says as of this morning).
