I was referring to Phantom, not you.
And you are right, they are on sourceforge. http://sphere-axis.sf.net. In the released files you can find various versions of the two OCX files, as well as the source code.
I don't mind if people use the controls. In fact, the reason I wrote them was so that other people *could* use them. I got tired of trying to explain to people how to add artwork from UO into their tools, so I just wrote the OCX files that anyone could use simply. In fact, they even work in webpages. :-)
My only complaint was when Phantom gave credit to OSI for things that many people know that I wrote. And then he said "check your facts".
