I have to admit that if the compiler is thrown in, it makes little sense to build a simpler language at this time.

However the solution you provide for conflicts is insufficient. It seems that some class definitions are lost with code that is itself lost in a directory tree of scripts. This is compounded by the fact that your server will tell me the name of the offending redifine script, but not where the original definition is located.
