thats right as PK's are required so as the Virtue quester can hunt them down and kill them, to gain in that virtue.
How are non pk AoS shards going to get around that.
I guess it is just part of the price to pay to be PK free.
But also makes the game incomplete for the players, unless they don't mind the trade off.
