When will the final version be done?
Sorry to say the best answer to this question, I am being honest when they get everything OSI has and maybe improve on some stuff that doesn't work right. Perhaps add more of the Virtue System then OSI has. Basicly in all honesty when they feel they have done enough to make it good enough to be a final version.
Now a RC version has been expect for about 3-4 weeks time. However, they must have found somethings they wanted to do before that time. With Ryan being activated into the US Marines we might not see some stuff he had planned for awhile. I can't speak for him, in fact I hope he can give some insight once he gets settled in if he can do that.
