While I'm generally all for pvp, I know a lot of people aren't, and being as it is that easy to exploit (our red macroer above) it doesn't really matter if it takes another player or camping a spawn.

Yes I would prefer this method. As it is mainly a tempory thing I wish to have, while we have no pk's. As they start to appear, the immitations are to be removed.
What flags would I be looking at to adjust, to make the system thinks they are Player Murderers/Killers and not just another Evil NPC.
Or are the Evil Red NPC's already Considered the same as a Player Killer by the system.?
What I am thinking of doing is modifing my Good Human Clan scripts (human, human fighter and so on) to make a small town of Immitation PK's. So that the Virtue Questors have something to go after. Never know if it works out well, I may just leave them in, even after we start getting real PK's.
