HP owns Compaq now.

Wait till your power supply dies (#1 most common death of an HP/Compaq or eMachines), then see how much you're a fan ;->

(Especially when you find out your system is spec'd for 250W, and HP or eMachines only provided a custom sized/shaped 150W for the sole purpose of making you pay $80-$180 once the warranty is up)

I worked in the CompUSA tech shop for well over a year, and we got that ALL THE TIME.

(That and my brother's 14 month old HP Pavillion just had a PS die)
