Currently I am running a shard along with another admins help. The purpose is town vs. town warfare...

Some of the Gms that he has let join dont seem to pay attention to anything such as. They were told to keep item count down on the stuff they add to their given city, one seems to like building walls that inclose the whole city he was told 2 times now by the other admin to stop adding so many items, last night while the other admin was off i watched him start building another wall..doesnt that defeat some of the purpose of town vs town. He also refused to answer me when i first saw him online even though he was just talking to the other Gm so i moved him to jail to see what he would do and went invis 5 secs later he goes back to his castle and starts to do more crap and i tried talking to him again only to be ignored but another time..

The other GM has been building a castle in the middle of the sea with a large number of grass/dock tiles surrounding this castle, even tho he knows there is to be 1 castle in or near his city. which he has already built..

How much should i put of with sort of thing, what would you guys/gals do in my situation?
