having worked on pc's for almost 45 years now, and having A+, Net+, Security+, iNet+, MCSE, MCSD (Cpp), CCIE, CISSP, and MCT, and 2 phD's in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering, i am certain its some sort of electromechanical error. The best bet is to cut the black wires off of your power cable to the motherboard and restart the pc. the pc will boot into a non grounded state which will tell exactly when and why the problems are occuring.
