I already said yes. You can use one of the many backup programs out there or you can do it with the windows scheduler and dos batch files.

If your looking for a free route use dos batch files and the built in windows scheduler. Here is a link to learn about dos batch files. You can do a google search for more tutorials.

If you are looking for ways to backup things on computers all you have to do is search around and more than likely somebody has made a program to do what you want to do.
