You need to have one of the item you want to set up as the "buy" item add it to your buy list and set the amount you want to have total not that you want to buy each time. Meaning if you set it to buy 200 MR and you have 199 you will only buy 1 MR to get you to a total of 200 and the next time if you have 200 MR it will not buy any MR.
