you mean statics#.mul and staidx#.mul ??
unless I'm wrong:
statics0 = applies to both fel and tram
statics2 = applies to ilshenar
statics3 = applies to malas
If you're using UOGateway, patching is very simple. there is a patching utility called MUOTool (
http://www.uogateway.com/muotool_setup.exe) that makes very small patches for the files you want patched.
It makes no modifications to the original UO files. the patched files go into a separate folder called uog in your default UO installation folder
