Open the file Razor/Languages/Razor_lang.enu in notepad, search for
1046=Equip to {0} (L:{1:X2})
change that to
1046=Equip to {0} (L:{1})
Should fix the problem.
Or you can redownload Beta 17, the install file has been updated with these changes.
