Operating System: win xp sp2
Razor Version: beta 17
Emulator Logging Into: IPY
Client Version: 4.0.2a

Brief problem Description: the new friends list feature doesnt seem to work on IPY:

1) i can add friends but when i "click the enable" button it doesnt do anything or seem to activate (i.e. change to "click to disable" like w/ the scavenger agent)

2) random red/blue still targets ppl in my friends list

3) checking the "do not target ppl in party" button doesnt work, random red/blue still targets ppl in my party.
