After you add the scripts into the custom folder or wherever you put them. then you can add it to spawners or [add command.
example, if i want to add spidersilk just type [add spidersilkweb
Just add the items into your spawner like you would anything else. The way i have mine set up is blackpearlshell spawns as shells, so i put then near the beach. In the forest i put ginseng,mandrake,and garlic etc.
