Dragons don't actually fly from what I know about the animation. Their running animation is the "flying" animation.
However, bird do fly but again its animation for those creatures. So its not exactly possible to "script" a creature to fly. If you do make it appear like they are flying it won't look very professional.
Why is this in the suggestion forum anyhow?
