Beta 12, partys resync often?
When I'm in a party with beta 12 release 1 it trys to resyncronise every about 5 steps i take and looses focus on whatever i'm attacking, and doesnt heal properly with bandages because of this. I'm on a pretty bad con (~400 ping) but parties worked fine with beta 11. It does this even if the automatic party chat thing isnt chatting
(is there any way to turn the targeting auto party chat off? I cant find it in the macros or commands lists...)
Also, for the record, I get the lag spikes every 2 seconds others have complained about but mostly it's only a slight delay so hasnt bothered me much, just slows me a bit when running sometimes

512 MB ddr ram
GeForce 4 ti4600
Win xp home
Edit: gameplay window size is 1024x768, much bigger and the spikes stop me playing properly
tried with different quality/performance settings and old/new drivers, no effect that i can tell
