Okay I tried to shorten the directory to that... but
C:/Documents and Settings/Mike/Desktop/RunUO 1.0/myrunuodb_mobiles.txt
Did not work.
Also I used,
C:/Runuo/RunUO 1.0/myrunuodb_mobiles.txt
