I use bluefish and vim. Occasionally, I'll open up eclipse with larger projects.
Each has its advantages and disadvantages. Eclipse is definitely the best of those three, but takes a while to open up (comparatively). Bluefish is a great code builder, has a bunch of tag automation, and is overall pretty cool. I personally don't like the interface. VIM is absolutely fantastic for small, quick changes. It has automatic indention (if you can write or find a good php plugin), and is super-duper quick in loading, saving, and closing times. The interface is completely keystroke-driven, and you can only open one file at a time (though multiple copies of vim can be ran through multiple instances of the command line).
