I am just getting started with RunUO (haven't even been successful at getting my 127.0.0.1 client to log on to my server) and have much to learn. With the discussion of capacity limits based on line speed and OS though I saw an opportunity to verify my thinking on my connection.

I am running a full T-1 line and considering an upgrade to 3.0. With the T-1, I can expect a true average of between 1.2 to 1.3Mbs. Based upon Setharnas' experience where the post notes that 20/30Kbs per signon should be planned, then I should have no line bottlenecks with 25 to 30 players. Do others' experience agree with my interpretation here?
