Im still working on the content pipeline for heightmap terrain generation, then i need to turn this into geomipped terrain, once thats done, i plan on releasing it as open source on codeplex. Ill keep you posted.
PS: the poor framerate is because I have no fulstrum culling(i draw everything even if its not on the screen) which will fix itself once i have geomipmapping working
