im not sure if this has anything to do with it grewolf, but i had the same error, and now im renaming the files from WB type to .CS type so the server can read them.... will let you know once its done if that works.
Your download had all files in .wb format
/edit That was it, once renaming all files to .cs format the commands will work correctly.
