by the way - i am adding file into the downloads in this thread - it is not needed but is nice
it is a personal garden deed
have to have a large house to place it in
or like i do on my shard, players can give the GM the deed, and they will place it for them outside of house (can not use deed but direct add then)
and limit it to 1 per house
of course it is then "public land" and anyone can plant there, so they better "fill it up" fast
also adding in 2 other scripts here, that add a lot to the system but are not needed
a scarecrow and a crow (might have to overwrite distro crow with it
anyways - if there is no scarecrow around, the crow eats plants up
so they make nice wandering spawns to have around housing areas
these are extras and are not needed
