5.0.8.1 is actually a good place to stop if you want to run RunUO v2.0 RC1. I have noticed that Old Haven is supported better under RC1, and the New Haven map and art is supported better under RC2.

Try running [doorgen in game once, and see if it is fixed. If you are in Haven, it might be due to your RunUO version.
