RunUO - Ultima Online Emulation - View Single Post

I'm absolutely brand new to this. I've downloaded and installed RunUO 2.0. All I want to do is be the only one (for now), on my shard. I've followed the instructions for changing the server.cs list ( I think), and once I launch RUO, it says world loading..done. This server has no accounts. Once I create an admin account the cursor just sits. What amI missing, am I supposed to launch UO? Won't it simply give me a list of EA shards that I don't want, or am I supposed to be using Razor? I"m confused. Thank you.
