It's too bad that race/culture would be a focus here, but your probably right. I didn't even think about it.
I don't think 10 yr olds really know enough about sex for it to be really consensual. I mean maybe not rape, but I can't think of any situation where it wouldn't be something out of sorts.
I feel for that girl, that would be a hard way to have life. It's amazing that the baby would live with someone that young giving birth. Hell the girl living after giving birth at that age is a miracle. Just wow... thinking on being raped and pregnant at such a young age. That will take a lot of time and therapy or at least a good environment for the rest of her young life to get over something like that.
The poor poor dear... makes me cry thinking on it.
