and the most unfortunate part is that this is not his only victim, which tends to make me wonder.... why regardless to what his legal status was, why was he still on the street able to do it again. If the reason that he was still on the street had anything to do with his status in this country, then well it does have bearing ,however the crime itself has more bearing at this time. They better put this guy away and then after they better address all the other issues this individual has.
