Ok, I edited my charcreation file, everything *should* be starting in Britain, Felucca but I know at a minimum that Blacksmiths are starting in Trammel, and I forget the city (Vesper, I think?) Is there a second file I need to edit in 2.0-RC2?

Second stupid question, how do you disable the young player system? I've tried searching/going through FAQs and I'm stuck on both of these. Thank you for your time, and if it is already posted and I somehow did miss it, if someone would please direct me to it I would greatly appreciate it.
