Usually, all you need to do with that is this. Dl the file, "unrar" it and then delete the original. Take the new file and add .zip to the end of the name and then unzip it. Should be ok then. Example: File after unrar is say.. NewFile, add the .zip like this. NewFile.zip then try unzipping it. Forums have been dbl zipping files since the server farm crash and they havent gotten it sorted out yet.
