I think Vista is still really buggy..I also have Vista and I have AOS installed with no problem...But can't install Pandoras Box with Vista...EVEN some windows updates will lock up your Vista Windows...

A lot of things are not compatible ...Very strange...

You maybe stuck using what you already have installed...

You maybe able to do a search and put in Vista and the type of uo you want to run such as ML , ETC, and see if someone has found a fix for it...
