you have to get some webspace and upload them....follow the directions for making a patch for connectuo.
now the place you upload them to will have an address ending with the file name...you can get a geocities or something like that, but they normally don't allow alot of bandwith and depending on the number of players you have download them, you could see problems
your best bet is to get actual web hosting....you can find them pretty cheap...i was lucky to have gotten in on a deal where i have 50 gb storage and unmetered bandwith for $7 a month....you can still find it that cheap....but usually with bandwith and/or space limitations.
if you don't know how to do some of the stuff needed to be able to properly administer a server, you may want to wait on the server for awhile tand taketime to learn what your going to need to know.
