As far as I know, RunUO was never designed to work in a multi homed environment. BGP would be possible if you are using something like T1+ lines and your provider allows you to use BGP (and you have qualified staff). VRRP could be possible; it requires no modification on the server, as the protocol is handled between the routers and your provider. But why would you want to do any of this? Why would you want to provide a single server with two (or more) connections to the internet? If it is redundancy, get it hosted! That will be much cheaper and (probably) very reliable (depending on your hosting company).
