Yes redundancy.

I have a 10Mbit upstream connection that i would use as primary for which i pay 20$ per month, and i would use my neighbour's wifi as the redundant one. So for just 20$ per month plus electricity, i get a dual core with 4GB of ram and 250GB diskspace - instead of the celeron 1GB ram and 20GB space i would get for 100$ at godaddy.

Well, Apache server works well, so i guess it's just how runuo is designed.
