As the Title implies, I believe this community would really make use of a wiki. Even a basic free wiki like PMwiki would be great.

Advantages:

Easy(easier) to navigate mini tutorials with examples could be created. Let's face it, the search function of the forums pulls a lot of false positives. Wiki articles can be given key words and integrated into the forum search to control top result relevancy.

User Pages could be created so that each poster would have a place to showcase their scripts in a single page without the "User Spam" posts in the forums. This would enable users to create custom builds of scripts or forked development and track version and requirements side by side, rather than searching the forums only to find multiple copies of the same script with different versions and dependencies. More over, it's a good place to introduce your self and explain any ongoing projects.

Organized scripting groups. It would function as a white board for a large project.

Server/Shard directory. People can add their own shards to a list either for permanent enrollment or to test pilot new scripts.

Everything would be user created, user implemented, so none of the above features require anything more than one person deciding to start a new page.
