Hey - how can I ask in an "if" statement whether a particular player is deleted or not.

I want to add all players that click a button on a gump to a list. so other players can check this list of all the players who have clicked this button. However, when the player clicks the "resign" button, or deletes their character, they must be removed from the list...

any ideas ?
