Default Compiling mod_ssl for Apache 2.0

I've downloaded OpenSSL and the Apache 2 source, put the openssl files on a path where Apache 2 can see them, and put the lib files where they're supposed to go.

I get the error:
Error 1 fatal error LNK1181: cannot open input file 'ssleay32.lib' mod_ssl

when I try to compile the mod_ssl project by itself. I cannot find ssleay32.lib for the life of me. Anyone know where it might be?

I compiled OpenSSL from source, and it spat out the required files. The precompiled Win32 OpenSSL project doesn't give you these files. Big help that is.
