Hi all i am new to this and i am wondering if there are any templates for item and mob creation thx in advance for the help

There are aprox 50 default creatures in the default release.

Why don't you just use those?

There are many special mobiles that various people have scripted. Just check the script submission forums. You'll find dozens. You can create your own "template" from one of these.
