XML BIBLE system

Necessary Files:

Description:

This script includes a huge XML file (xmlbible.xml) containing the entire Bible in the King James 2000 version. The XMLBible.cs script counts the verses and parses them into a string array. The HolyBible.cs script is the Constructable Bible you can add to the world. The Recital.cs script is a Timer created to enhance reading of the verses by delaying for a few seconds between each verse.

The bonus file, XMLBook.cs, is a script you can use if you want to create your own XML Books for use on your shard. Also included is the testbook.xml file, which is an example XML file you can modify as you wish.

Usage:

• Add all csharp files to your scripts folder (Custom, or wherever.)
• Add the .xml files to your Data folder, in a NEW subfolder called Books. (ie. Data/Books/xmlbible.xml, etc. )
• Use the [add command to create a HolyBible.
• Use the [props command to change the passage. (It will start at Genesis 1:1)

I included the XMLBook system also as a 'generic' version hoping to encourage other books to get used. If I happen to offend people of other faiths, well....good grief people, we get a constant flow of demons and witchcraft all the time, why not a little Spirituality?

will this work without the xlm spawner or does it need to be instaled on the shard

XML is a tagging schema, sort've like C# is a programming language. There's no relation between this system and Arte's XML spawner system, other than the fact that they both use XML for their data structures.

So yes, it will work without the xmlspawner.

when i click the book it says only one verce then stops. how can i get it to keep reading untill it finishes the book?

When you [prop the book it has last verse to read. Set it to the verse you want it to end on.
