Fixes the problem in producing internal PowerScrolls.

Update 20050915
Fix the problem posted from Lumberman

Installation
- Remove the old PSBook.cs
- Cleanup InternalMap from Powerscrolls: Old body values!??!?
- Put the PSBook Folder in your Coustom folder.
- No changes on distro files needed.
Save/Restart the Server

Attention with this Script!
A player can at example sell a full powerscroll book with open gump! And after the trade the seller can drop the scrolls in his own bag.
