By Popular Demand the Toxic Dog Fart Spell - RunUO

Ok folks here's the Toxic Dog Fart spell that was suggested in the Starbucks forum....

It's basically a combination of Strangle and Paralyze.

This is for Admin's/GM's only so drop in your customs folder and use
[cast DogFartspell to subject your Enemy.

This Spell will paralyze the victim untill the first of the damage hits so if your Admin/GM character is superhuman enough it will kill in one shot.
