This announcer was based off the idea of one of the many announcers that was posted.
But does not tell players anything.

At login it broadcasts a message to all online players that are higher then your access level.

Exp:
A player logs in, all counselors and up get a message of it.
A counselor logs in, all gms and up get a message of it. etc.

Same is done for log outs.

The message is only sent when their char is logged out.
So if the log at brit bank you won't know their till their 5min log out delay has removed them.

Peohorn, good job... this is better than the normal spammers! Although personally, as a staff member if I have a large shard, I could do without it

Care to add a command for staff to enable/disable it?

it's a nice script, very nice but i agree with XxSP1DERxX that it could get pretty busy if you have a big shard, loverly script tho. Well done
