Dragon Brazier - RunUO

First one out with it I guess.

New Art for client Patch 5.0.1i this is the Dragon Brazier. Looks really cool, has light and can be turned on and off.

soon as i am awake... i will make the other items LOL

Hmmmmmmm when I added it all i got was unused tile and im using 5.0.1h and there are no other patches... to get... Wonder what it could be?

There is a new patch its 5.0.1i and the artwork is part of that patch.

Duh me ... I just checked it out and you are right there was a new patch.. they slipped it in on me... I checked earlier today and there was nothing... then i just checked again.... now it works lol

I just updated the client and tried this out. I didnt get the graphics for the lantern i still get unused tile. And in insode uo the graphics for the reindeer have changed and if ya have them on the shard ya get near them client crashes. Or did my client just not patch right? Ive tried 12 times now.

You must of did something wrong cause i got the reindeers and santas sleigh and they didnt change at all and no client crashes at all this new patch 5.0.1i had to do with some art work so if you patched and have custom patch for your shard that has anything to do with any type of art then you will have to make a new custom patch with 5.0.1i cause i dont crash or have problems and i can see the dragon brazier.

I patched and now I am getting an error that my art.mul file is either mising, corrupt, or needs to be replaced. Any idea why that happened?

I truthfully dont know... i know most people dont wanna hear this but.. LOL ya could try uninstalling and re-installing UO and repatching to 5.0.1i. beyond that... I dont know what to tell ya.. works for me on the 3 computers I am running UO on.

All that was required was a restart of my comp lol. :-) Seems the new patch won't let you log in until you hvae restarted. Strange.

The font you start with now is hideous btw hehe

I only run 3D anymore... (dont know if that would make any difference in the scripts but...)

I also patched up this morning/ SE with no errors- and my admin char crashes any where for brit but the bank area... God don't even tell me once "again" I have to uninstall and reinstall due to an update of patch
Have to pull that char with another admin char can't even log back in with it until I do

I had to uninstall and reinstall uo three times to get the patch to work properly. Finally got it working and this lantern looks great.

*grabs baseballbat and waits for the next patch*

I had a bunch of crashes as well. But i restarted my comp and it worked just fine. OSI prolly gonna release a patch to fix da patch they just released...lmfao

Any time you patch your client any custom muls using the artidx.mul or art.mul or whatever need to be updated too if you use any custom art. you also need to make sure your server is using the same set of muls your client is or you will run into issues too.

Right I found the same thing, with restart of comp and server the crash of char suddenly stopped, lmao thought I would need a baseball bat also!!!
And thanks for sharing this script- quite a bit of new art work in there-dragon helm looks quite different also.
