DefTinkering cliloc error (Potion keg crafting) - RunUO

in DefTinkering.cs line 199 under parts for a barrel tap cliloc used is 1024100 which is a barreltap.

line 287 under multi-component items uses cliloc 1044252 which is a keg tap.

Change the cliloc 1044252 line 287 col 49 to 1024100 to be able to craft potion kegs

I searched and found nothing mentioned of this - also we just ran into this on our shard - perhaps OSI changed the cliloc's??

Actually, that is how it is on OSI.

Just checked

What was wrong though is we had the order that they were listed, and THAT is now fixed.
