Just a simple Staff Tool (Revised and Updated) (RePosted)
Concept Ideas came from something that now has a dead link all credits are in the code at the beginning of the file. Looks like a bola/cannonball it actually uses the art for the "Cannon Ball" from Inside UO. Install: Toss Into Custom Scripts Folder (or wherever you want it) Usage: 1) you must claim the stone before it will work for you (IE say "i claim this staff stone" or doubleclick it) It will "Tell" you if it worked. 2) Either DoubleClick or say "switch player" to become a player or "switch normal" to become old accesslevel. 3) has the ability to resurrect using say "resurrect me or res me" 3a) Now with autoressurect (can be turned of in Props) 3b) On being ressed you will be hidden. 3c) Say "reveal" to be unhidden (will work no matter how you hide). 4) can be set movable and unmovable inside the code and it is blessed by default. 5) Addition of some contectmenu features for "recall" and "set loc" Additions 1) added the ability to save your title on the stone (just say "set title") 2) added the ability to clear your title on the stone (just say "clear title") If there is not title set on it before it is owned it will set it to whatever it is when you claimed the stone weather by saying "i claim this staff stone" or by doubleclicking an unowned staff stone. 3) added a contextmenu to change title to staff title or back to default title 4) added some special affects when you change from staff to player and back again 5) set AutoRes to false 6) Added A Gump to access some of the features (uses contextmenu configuration) 7) added the ability to target something and promote or demote staff level also gives or removes their staffstone if they should no longer have one. If you give a stone this way they do not have to claim it its automatically assigned to them. I think that's all the changes I made... added credits to who I took the special affects and staff titles info from. Added some more stuff dealing with Staff abilites like the ability to check for pages in queue (ie staff help requests) from the stone and added a toggle ability from ContextMenu for visible/hidden if you dont like the resurrection then just remove it. This is for RunUO 1.0.0 WILL NOT WORK WITH THE NEW VERSION OF RUNUO WITHOUT MODIFICATIONS WHICH I AM NOT DOING. UPDATE: Staffstone now contains a Property to make it so that there is no special affects. At this point it is only available via the Props also the slight bug with the Gump and setting/clearing title and setting home location have been fixxed.
