spell books with Attributes

here is an edited spellbook.cs to alow Attributes and the 2 new tomes from SE

edit* ok i have uploaded scrapper's compendium but my net frame work is not working right so i was unable to get the LabelNumber so if any one can grab it for me please do so i may add it also edited the spellbook.cs for the bless of the scrapper's compendium...

tut made a little typo there those books are samurai empire addons lol

Scrapper Condemium (however it is spelt) is the ML spellbook

Faster Cast Recovery 1,
Faster Casting 1,
Lower Mana Cost 10%


"Scrappers Compendium can be created with random extra properties, these however do not stack with the existing fixed properties"

The scrappers is not a artie drop tho it is part of the recipe system from ML its a craftable item.
