Raelis Vendor Stone (updated for 2.0 RC1)

This is the Vendor stone script by Raelis....here is the original thread.

This is not the one edited for Daat99's token system....it is just the default one.

The changes i made include the controled to controlled spelling errors (not really spelling errors, but code errors due to code), along with the support for the higher access levels.

I don't know much about scripting, but i have gotten this to work for me and i will help as best as i can with it.

I have messaged Raelis about this update, he hasn't contacted me yet but if/when he does, i will do as he wishes with this.....im just putting it up here cause i had a couple of friends that say they needed it along with a user or two on here that i had made mention to.

I dunno if i can support it much, but until raelis contacts me, i will do what i can.
