Description:
A "ClicClac" is a change periodicaly to an items ID and/or it's hue.
It allows to make some more "dynamic" decoration.

Instalation:
Drag'n Drop in your custom folder

Manual:
To create a "ClicClac":
-create an item with the itemid and the hue you want
-use the command [ClicClac
-select the item
-open item properties using [props command
-change the fields as you wish:
o SecondaryID
o SecondaryHue
o Period (in seconds)
-Double-click on the item to start the ClicClac

Notes:
Don't use a to small period if you plan to use a lot of ClicClac.
If you change the "period" while the ClicClac is already started, the changes will be applied only after server restart.
