[RunUO 2.0 RC1] Old Osi like Bells

Descrition: Bells of Courage are a bunch of bells that were given out on uo years back that had 17 random hues and sounds making a wide range of possible bells and they were distributed during the holidays and some became rather rare and that is not at all bad. So this script would be good for osi or non osi like shards.


Special thanks to Lord_GreyWolf for his help with the random sounds and everyone else that has helped me out with understanding RunUO more.


Installation: Just drop in your custom folder and restart and either add to a spawner or [add bellofcourage

Note: This was added to svn build 107 but should work with most if not post problems here and i will do my best to get it right for your shard.
