Ok a new robe/shroud you can um lower it to a robe
heres wats on it:

Attributes.CastRecovery = 100;
Attributes.CastSpeed = 2000;
Attributes.LowerManaCost = 2000;
Attributes.LowerRegCost = 6500;
Attributes.WeaponDamage = 350;
Attributes.SpellDamage = 300;
Attributes.DefendChance = 2000;

Attributes.CastRecovery = 100; = 94 over the default cap
Attributes.CastSpeed = 2000; = 1998 over the default cap
Attributes.LowerManaCost = 2000; = cant do more than 100%
Attributes.LowerRegCost = 6500; = again cant do more than 100%
Attributes.WeaponDamage = 350; = 250 over default cap
Attributes.SpellDamage = 300; = 285 over the default cap
Attributes.DefendChance = 2000; 1955 over the default cap

even if they didn't cap out, anyone wearing a robe like this, could drop every monster in one hit, and even the hardest maybe 2. It would take all balance away from the server and take the thrill away from killing monsters.

I'm not busting your chops bro, cause anyone attempting to script, and then sharing it with the community has my respect. But honestly the signs of a good script to me are ones that can be universally used on any server, being it an Uber server, or an OSI clone.

Try making themed items, or items that are just cleaver, not just taking all the built in mods available on an item, and cranking them so high that it makes players immortal.

With that said though, thank you again for sharing with us.

Yeah, It would be a good one if it wasent so ... Uber. But other than that its alright.
